How to Add a Trip Manually

Step 1: From the Everlance app, tap on '+' at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap 'Add Trip'.

Step 3: Enter all the trip information into the respective sections. To save a trip, you must have start and end locations and a purpose assigned to the trip. You can add other information such as Notes or Tags to help you remember and keep track of your information.

Once all the info for the trip has been entered, tap 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

Please Note: At times, you may observe two different mileage amounts for the same manually added trip. This occurs because the app selects the quickest route at the moment when the user creates the trip. Our technology factors in the following considerations: travel time, distance, and the number of turns.

Step 1: From the Web Dashboard, click on 'Trips'.

Step 2: Click '+ New Trip'.

Step 3: Enter all the trip information into the respective sections. To save a trip, you must have start and end locations and a purpose assigned to the trip. You can add other information such as Notes or Tags to help you remember and keep track of your information.

Step 4: The app will automatically select the best possible route for your trip, but you can change it by clicking on the light blue option. For example, if you took a different route due to traffic or construction, you can now choose from other suggested routes. In this example, there are three options. To save the one you took, simply click on it.

Step 5: Once you selected your route, press the green 'Save' button in the top right corner and you're done!
