Managing your team’s reimbursements? With Everlance, you can easily search and find reports you need to review by filtering.
Before getting started, note that you must be set up as part of the company’s Approval Flow. Click hereto learn how Admins can set up the approval flow.
You may now filter by: Status, Report ID, Submitted by ID (Employee email or ID #), Submitted On, and Approved by, or Approval On.
Read these steps to learn how to filter your reports.
Step 1: Click on Reports
Step 2: Click Filters
Step 3: Select and fill out the field you want to search for
Step 4: Select Apply Filters
Step 5: You will then see the results of your search and can select it to see the report detail
